Obtain a Fire Report

Fire reports are a matter of public record. If you would like to obtain a copy of a report, you may request one in person or via email.

Please allow up to 5 business days to process your request.

In-person requests:

Visit Central Fire Station, located at 728 E. Ferguson Rd. Mt. Pleasant, TX 75455
Business hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. You will need to fill out a short form and show photo ID.
It's always a good idea to call ahead to verify the report is ready before arriving. (903) 575-4144

Email requests:

In your message please include the following:

- Date of the incident;
- Address/location of the incident;
- Incident type (i.e. structure fire, vehicle fire, vehicle accident, etc.).
- Requestor's name, address and phone number.
