In order to work in food service, you must be trained as either a Certified Food Handler or a Certified Food Manager.
A food service worker needs to understand how to prevent cross contamination, practice safe temperature controls and much more. Once successful in this course, you can print your certificate at your computer and be a Certified Food Handler for two years from the completion date of your course.
