Hold a public hearing to consider and take action on a rezoning request from Tyson Clark, on behalf of Pilgrims Industries Inc, property owners, to rezone 109.43 acres on two contiguous tracts in the William Stokes Abstract, 507 tracts 225 and 300, from Future Development (FD) to Heavy Industrial (HI), adjacent to, south and west of the existing Pilgrims plant located at 1000 Monticello Road within the city limits of Mount Pleasant, Texas.
