REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AMENDMENT

The City of Mount Pleasant will accept sealed requests for proposals for RFP # 2026-2: Fully Insured medical, fully insured dental and fully insured vision, until 9:00 A.M. central time, Friday, July 3, 2026. (1) hard copy must be included in the sealed request and sent to the address below at which time they will be publicly opened.

Vendors who wish to bid on the Fully Insured medical and fully insured dental and fully insured vision will need to email JLovett@holmesmurphy.com and CMurch@holmesmurphy.com for the RFP exhibit and documents. Vendors are to complete vendor questionnaires as well as a general vendor information questionnaire and return in Excel format.

Any bids received after the time and date stated above, regardless of the mode of delivery, will not be considered. The City of Mount Pleasant reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City.
