Pleasant Operators, LLC to Fredo Enterprices I, LLC, by General Warranty Deed, as recorded in File #20150256, Public Records, Titus County, Texas from PD (Planned Development District) to MF (Multi-Family District) located at the intersection of Greenhill Road (FM 2152) and Senior Community Drive, Mout Pleasant, Texas.
