Hold a Public Hearing to consider the request of Jerry Ash applicant/owner, for the thoroughfare closure of a portion of Park Place Street right-of-way adjacent to Lot 4-B, Block 5, Latson Heights, TCAD I.D. 610023503, City of Mount Pleasant, Titus County, Texas, located north of Chester Street east of S. Lide Avenue, and take any action necessary.

Proposed Thoroughfare Closure:

The request for the proposed thoroughfare right-of-way closure affects an unimproved portion of Park Place right-of-way located adjacent to Lots 4-B, Block 5, Latson Heights, City of Mount Pleasant, Titus County Texas.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold the first Public Hearing concerning this case and will forward a recommendation to the City Council. The City Council will then hold a second Public Hearing concerning the case and will make a final decision to approve or deny the request for the thoroughfare closure. You are receiving this notice because the Titus County Tax Appraisal District records indicate that you own property within 200 feet of the proposed request. You are encouraged to attend the meeting.
