Hold a public hearing and consider a request from Jerry Hearron, on behalf of Tennison United Methodist Church and Mt Pleasant Community Fund, property owners, to rezone an existing church and office building at Mount Pleasant City Block 166, Lots 4R-1 and 4R-2, from Single Family Two (SF-2) to Neighborhood Services (NS) and addressed as 311 N Church St. and 307 E 5^th Street.
