City Secretary First in Mount Pleasant History To be Certified by State

Candias Webster is the first Certified City Secretary in the history of Mount Pleasant following her graduation from the Texas Municipal Clerks Certification program on January 12.

The municipal program is among the most stringent in the state and included 200 hours of individual home study, examinations over each of the four courses, and attendance at eight two-day seminars.
