Hold a public hearing to discuss and consider a request from Fransico Perez for the approval of a variance from the zoning code Sec. 155.21 to reduce the required setback from 25’ (feet) to 7’ (feet), located on Tennison Road also known as SOUTHGATE ADDITION BLK 12 LOT 1 .9562 AC. Also known as 501 Tennison Rd.
