Hold a Public Hearing to consider the request of David Henson, Mary Allen and Charles Weaver, applicant/owners for a zoning change from MF (Multi-Family District) to GR (General Retail) on a 0.5935-acre tract of land situated in the G. W. Graves Survey, Abstract No. 246, Titus County, Texas, and in the City of Mount Pleasant, being also described as Mount Pleasant City Block 371R, Lot 6 and being all of that specific tract of land conveyed to Peggy Allen by deed recorded as Instrument No. 20143738, Real Property Records, Titus County, Texas (RPR), and generally located on the south side of Alexander Road east of U.S. Hwy. 271 (S. Jefferson Ave.), take any action necessary.
