Mitchell Survey, Abstract No. 384, Titus County, Texas, and the John Thompson Survey, Abstract No. 566, Titus County, Texas, and being all of a called 39.00 acre tract (containing part of the Rogers-Camp Sites on Lake Tankersley as shown on the plat found on Slide No. 146 of the Plat Records of Titus County, Texas) conveyed (as a one-third interest) to Bobby Earl Dean and Carolyn Dean, Trustees in a Deed known as Instrument No. 20101075 of the Real Property Records of Titus County, Texas, all of a tract conveyed to Martha Crooks, Trustee in a Deed known as Instrument No. 20103407 of the Real Property Records of Titus County, Texas, all of a tract conveyed to Martha Crooks, Trustee in a Deed known as Instrument No. 20103409 of the Real Property Records of Titus County, Texas, all of a tract conveyed to Bobby Earl Dean and Carolyn Dean, Trustees in a Deed known as Instrument No. 20103410 of the Real Property Records of Titus County, Texas, all of the remainder of a called 53.84 acre tract conveyed to Creative Destination. Development, LLC in a Deed known as Instrument No. 20160480 of the Public Records of Titus County, Texas, and part of a called 87.91 acre tract (being all of a called 9.34 acre tract shown on the plat of the Tankersley Lake Project in Slide Nos. 139 & 140 of the Plat Records of Titus County, Texas) conveyed to the City of Mt. Pleasant, Texas in a Deed found in Volume 222, Page 527 of the Deed Records of Titus County, Texas, and being a 9.940-acre tract of land located in the Reese Porter Survey, Abstract No. 441, Titus County, Texas, and in the City of Mount Pleasant, and being all of a called 2.00 acre tract conveyed to Craig Sisk in a Deed found in Volume 480, Page 235 of the Deed Records of Titus County, Texas, and all of a called 7.953 acre tract conveyed to Suzanne B. Sisk in a Deed found in Volume 1237, Page 197 of the Real Property Records of Titus County, Texas, City of Mount Pleasant, Titus County, Texas, and generally located at the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Tankersley Road and W. Ferguson Road [Hwy-271], and at the northwest corner of the intersection of W. Ferguson Road [Hwy-271] and FM-1734, and take any action necessary.
