The City of Mount Pleasant Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers at Mount Pleasant City Hall, 501 N Madison, Mount Pleasant, Texas to consider the following item(s):

Hold a public hearing to discuss and consider a request from Frauenshuh Inc. for the approval of a variance from the zoning code Sec. 155.27 to reduce the required parking from 1 space for each 200sf of floor space to 1 space for each 278sf of floor space, located on 2001 N Jefferson on property known as MT PLEASANT CITY BLOCKS BLK 316 LOT 6 4.8998 AC.
