PUBLIC HEARING: DBE Public Notice for Airport Projects
/in PUBLIC NOTICEThe City of Mount Pleasant, TX (City) as sponsor for the Mount Pleasant Regional Airport (Airport) hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 7.03% for FAA-funded contracts/agreements in fiscal year 2024. The City of Mount Pleasant, TX/Mount Pleasant Regional Airport estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 7.03%, it will obtain 0.00% from race neutral participation and 7.03% through race conscious measures. The proposed goal pertains to the federal fiscal year 2024.
A teleconference will be held on August 7th, 2024 from 9:00 AM Central Standard Time to 9:30 AM Central Standard Time for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal-setting process. The City of Mount Pleasant will conduct a public hearing on July 1, 2024 at 5:05 p.m. at 501 N. Madison concerning the closeout of its Community Development Block Grant funded through the Texas Department of Agriculture – CDM21-0477. This hearing will be held to review the City’s program performance, including the actual use of funds and total funds expended. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact the City to arrange for such assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact the City at 903-575-4000 at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
