/in PUBLIC NOTICEHold a Public Hearing to consider the request of Syed Hussain, applicant/owner for a zoning change from C (Commercial District) to PD-1 (Planned Development District No. 1) for Townhome development on a 3.677-acre tract of land situated in the G. W.
