Davis Survey, A-177, the Thomas McPeters Survey, A-374, the John H. Ore Survey, A-423, the William Porter Survey, A437, and the Jas. English Survey, A-194, Titus County, Texas, said 512.9 acres, being based on existing deeds, maps and aerial photography, no field work was performed to describe this tract and located in Titus County, Texas, generally located adjacent to U.S. Highway 271 and north of FM 1314, and take any action necessary.
